These terms govern your use of our website and every purchase you make with us. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from placing an order. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that purchase.

Every Nuvé Atelier creation is handcrafted to order with care and precision. Payment must be processed and fully authorized before production of your order begins. Because our creations are perishable and made to order specifically for you, all sales are considered final once an order enters production. We are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or returns after production has begun. If you need to adjust an order, please contact us as early as possible and before production starts, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We offer local delivery and flexible pickup across Fort Lee, Englewood, and surrounding local areas. To ensure a smooth delivery, you must provide an active and valid phone number at checkout. Our concierge team coordinates directly with you by text message to schedule a convenient delivery window. If you are unresponsive during the scheduled delivery window, we reserve the right to return the perishable item to our kitchen facility to preserve its quality and food safety. In such cases, an additional delivery fee may apply to arrange a new delivery.

Our recipes are prepared with premium ingredients in a professional commercial kitchen that handles common allergens including tree nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten. Detailed ingredient and allergen information is provided on each individual product description page. You are responsible for reviewing this information carefully before completing your purchase, particularly if you or a recipient has a known allergy or dietary restriction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuvé Atelier is not liable for allergic reactions arising from ingredients that are disclosed on our product pages.

Nuvé Atelier is fully committed to preparing and delivering every creation in pristine condition. Once an order has been successfully hand delivered to you or collected at pickup, responsibility for the item transfers to you. From that point, we are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, a lack of timely refrigeration, or transport after the item is in your possession. We recommend refrigerating your creation promptly and following any care guidance provided with your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. These terms represent the complete agreement between you and Nuvé Atelier regarding your use of our website and services.
